Notice of Opportunity for a Public Hearing Regarding a Public Transportation Project

All interested persons are hereby given notice that Community Action Development Corporation is receiving 5311 funds from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, for the purpose of providing public transportation services. If any person desires a public hearing to consider the social, economic and/or environmental effects of the proposed project, may submit their request in writing to Brent Morey, Executive Director, Community Action Development Corporation, P.O. ox 989 by no later than Friday, April 8, 2022.

A copy of the grant proposal is currently available for public inspection and copying at the following office: Frederick-105 S. Main.
