ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID

Sealed bids for construction of COOPERTON STANDPIPE REHABILITATION will be received by the CADDO COUNTY RURAL WATER DISTRICT NO. 3 at 33029 ST HWY 58, Carnegie, OK 73015 or by certified mail at PO Box 1074, Carnegie, OK 73015 until 10:00 a.m. local time, December 13 , 2022, and then publicly opened and read aloud.

The information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Specifications, and Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following:

Documents tab. A hard copy set may be obtained at the office of WDB Engineering, PLLC located at 6330 SE 74th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73135 upon payment of $150.00 per set. If obtaining a hard copy set, please notify WDB Engineering, PLLC at least 24 hours prior to picking up the hard copy set. Hard copy sets may be mailed to the bidder ONLY if the bidder provides a FedEx or UPS account number to the sender, WDB Engineering, PLLC. Refunds will not be made.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder MUST purchase plans from Quest CDN or WDB Engineering, PLLC and appear on the official planholder’s list. ANY BID RECEIVED BY A BIDDER NOT APPEARING ON THE OFFICIAL PLANHOLDER’S LIST WILL BE REJECTED WITHOUT BEING READ.

Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, his address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. No bid will be accepted more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled bid opening. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified in the bid form. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
