DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES
All interested persons are hereby given notice that the Community Action Development Corporation is seeking financial assistance from the U. S. Department of Transportation for the purpose of operating a Section 5311 rural public transportation program during FY-2023. The Community Action Development Corporation has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) program in accordance with regulation of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26.
The Community Action Development Corporation is giving public notice that it wishes to abide by the policy established by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
