Carnegie youth will celebrate Halloween 2022 on Oct. 31

The ghouls and goblins will be out in full force on Monday, Oct. 31, as the community will celebrate Halloween 2022 with various activities for youngsters.

Children will be able to enjoy trick-or-treating activities beginning at 4 p.m. with local businesses. From 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., the Carnegie Elementary Student Council will be staging a Kids Costume Contest. Following the contest, youngsters will be able to trick-or-treat throughout the community. Community-wide trick-or-treating will be held from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m.
